WHAT: Univision’s primetime newsmagazine “Aquí y Ahora” presents “Antesala a un Final,” this Sunday, February 7 at 7 p.m. ET.
COVID-19 affected everyone and all industries, including TV productions. The telenovela “Imperio de Mentiras” was without a doubt the Televisa project that was hit the hardest by the pandemic, to such a degree that they had to stop the taping for 80 days. Several of the cast members were sick.
This “Aquí y Ahora” special brings viewers the story of producer Giselle Gonzalez and her heroic team and how with strength and resilience they were able to overcome dramatic challenges to finish the production in the middle of the pandemic. The leading actors Angelique Boyer and Andrés Palacios talk about the crucial moments that led to the grand finale and about the different endings for the Mexico and U.S. productions.

QUÉ: La revista de noticias de horario estelar de Univision “Aquí y Ahora” presenta “Antesala a un Final”, este domingo, 7 de febrero a las 7 p.m. ET.
El COVID-19 nos afectó a todos y a todas las industrias, incluyendo a las producciones de televisión. La telenovela “Imperio de las Mentiras,” fue el proyecto de Televisa más golpeado por la pandemia, a tal grado que tuvieron que detener la producción por 80 días. Varios miembros del elenco resultaron enfermos.
El especial, “Aquí y Ahora” cuenta la historia de la productora Gisselle González y su heroíco equipo, y cómo con fuerza y resiliencia superaron retos dramáticos para terminar la producción en medio de la pandemia. Los protagonistas Angelique Boyer y Andrés Palacios cuentan los momentos cruciales que llevaron al gran final de la novela y a los diferentes finales para la producción en México y Estados Unidos.
