UniMás’ “Enamorándonos” Outpaces CBS, FOX and Telemundo in the 9 P.M. Hour Among Adults 18-34 on Monday Night, Achieves Highest-Rated Weekly Performance Since its Return Across All Key Demos

UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of October 26, 2020 to November 1, 2020
- UniMás averaged 506,000 Total Viewers 2+, 227,000 Adults 18-49 and 100,000 Adults 18-34 during primetime, marking the highest-rated weekly performance in the current 2020/2021 season among these demographics. UniMás grew its primetime audience by double-digits week-over-week among Total Viewers 2+ (+11%), Adults 18-49 (+17%) and Adults 18-34 (+30%). UniMás also delivered week-over-week audience growth for the third straight week among Total Viewers 2+ and the second consecutive week among Adults 18-49. UniMás increased its primetime audience year-over-year among all key demos. This marked the eighth consecutive week of year-over-year audience growth with Total Viewers 2+. UniMás also outperformed The CW during primetime for the sixth straight week in the current 2020/2021 season among Adults 18-49 (+41% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+82% adv.). UniMás also topped The CW in primetime for the 41st and 44th consecutive week in 2020 year-to-date among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34, respectively.
- UniMás’ weeknight 8 p.m. reality series, “Enamorándonos” averaged 594,000 Total Viewers 2+, 242,000 Adults 18-49 and 106,000 Adults 18-34, marking its highest-rated weekly performance since its return on September 14th, 2020. The series increased its audience week-over-week among all key demos. This marked the sixth consecutive week of audience growth among Total Viewers 2+ and Adults 18-34. The program also increased its audience by double-digits in the last hour compared to the first hour among Total Viewers 2+ (+11%), Adults 18-49 (+17%) and Adults 18-34 (+22%). The series delivered double-digit audience growth to network’s Monday to Friday 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. time period week-over-week among Total Viewers 2+ (+16%), Adults 18-49 (+15%) and Adults 18-34 (+15%). The show also drew more Total Viewers 2+ (+33%), Adults 18-49 (+16%) and Adults 18-34 (+22%) to the time slot year-over-year.
- UniMás’ “Enamorándonos” out-delivered Telemundo in the 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. time period among Adults 18-34 on Monday night (+29% adv.) and Friday night (+5% adv.). UniMás also outperformed Telemundo’s “El Domo del Dinero” head-to-head in the 8 p.m. hour on three out of five weeknights with double-digit audience advantages among Adults 18-34 as well as by +47% among Adults 18-49 on Friday night. UniMás’ “Enamorándonos” topped CBS by double-digit margins among Adults 18-49 (+27% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+70% adv.) on Monday night as well as by +26% among Adults 18-34 on Thursday night in the 9 p.m. hour. In fact, UniMás also out-delivered FOX (+8% adv.) and Telemundo (+34% adv.) in the 9 p.m. hour on Monday night among Adults 18-34. “Enamorándonos” positioned UniMás ahead of The CW in the Monday to Friday 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. time period with double-digit audience advantages among Adults 18-49 (+34% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+74% adv.).
- The reality series drew in more Adult 18-34 viewers than first-run episodes of CBS’ “FBI Declassified,” “One Day at a Time,” “Star Trek: Discovery” and “Manhunt: Deadly Games;” NBC’s “Connecting…;”as well as The CW’s “Supernatural,” “Devils,” “Swamp Thing,” “The Outpost,” “Tell Me a Story,” “Pandora” and “Coroner.”
- UniMás’ weeknight 10 p.m. novela series, “La Bella y Las Bestias” attracted 226,000 Total Viewers 2+, 114,000 Adults 18-49 and 58,000 Adults 18-34. This marked the highest-rated weekly performance among Adults 18-49 in its run thus far. The novela series increased its audience week-over-week among Total Viewers 2+ (+7%), Adults 18-49 (+23%) and Adults 18-34 (+23%). The program also delivered year-over-year audience growth to the network’s Monday to Friday 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. time period among Adults 18-49 (+4%) and Adults 18-34 (+49%).
- On Saturday night, UniMás outperformed the combined audience of Azteca, Estrella TV and TeleXitos across all key demos with the movie line-up (“CineNight: Max Payne” and “CineNight: Dracula Untold”). The line-up increased the network’s 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. time slot week-over-week among Total Viewers 2+ (+4% to 504,000) and Adults 18-34 (+10% to 74,000).
- On Sunday night, UniMás’ live coverage of the “Liga MX: América vs. Tigres UANL” soccer match topped ABC (+8% adv.) and Telemundo (+122% adv.) among Adults 18-34 in the 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. time period. The showdown between América and Tigres UANL delivered 861,000 Total Viewers 2+, 509,000 Adults 18-49 and 238,000 Adults 18-34. The game also outperformed Telemundo among Total Viewers 2+ and Adults 18-49 in the time slot as well as The CW among all key demos. This marks the ninth consecutive Sunday night that UniMás has out-delivered The CW among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34. The match increased the network’s 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. time period by double-to-triple digit margins week-over-week among Total Viewers 2+ (+45%) Adults 18-49 (+83%) and Adults 18-34 (+151%). The soccer game also delivered double-digit audience growth to the time slot versus the same night last year among Total Viewers 2+ (+27%), Adults 18-49 (+47%) and Adults 18-34 (+54%).
- UniMás out-delivered the combined audience of Azteca, Estrella TV and TeleXitos for the entire week during primetime with double-to-triple digit audience advantages among Total Viewers 2+ (+92% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+155% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+156% adv.).
