UniMás Continues Strong Start to the Season with Sixth Consecutive Week of Year-Over-Year Audience Growth Among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34

UniMás Ranked as the No. 2 Spanish-Language Network on Saturday Night, Outperforming Telemundo by Double-Digit Margins among Adults 18-49

Week of October 30, 2017 to November 5, 2017

Last week, UniMás registered double-digit audience gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+65% to 726,000), Adults 18-49 (+54% to 315,000) and Adults 18-34 (+41% to 120,000) versus comparable week in the 2016/2017 season; it also increased its audience week-to-week by +32% among Total Viewers 2+ and Adults 18-34 as well as +28% among Adults 18-49.

  • UniMás’ weeknight 8pm epic drama, “La Tierra Prometida,” continues to grow its audience, reporting gains from the prior week among Total Viewers 2+ (+7% to 1,218,000), Adults 18-49 (+13% to 474,000) and Adults 18-34 (+23% to 178,000), as well as achieving its highest-rated weekly performance to-date.
  • UniMás’ 9pm Series, “Totalmente Diva,” reported week-to-week audience gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+7% to 676,000), Adults 18-49 (+10% to 299,000) and Adults 18-34 (+36% to 114,000).
  • UniMás 10pm Series, “Lady, La Vendedora Rosas,” grew its audience week-to-week among Total Viewers 2+ (+11% to 355,000), Adults 18-49 (+4% to 163,000) and Adults 18-34 (+9% to 76,000).

On Friday night, UniMás out-delivered CW among Total Viewers 2+ (+16% adv., 675,000 vs. 581,000) for the third consecutive week, and among Adults 18-49 (+8% adv. 325,000 vs. 300,000).

Driven by its back-to-back movie line-up that included “Cine Cantinflas: El Señor Fotógrafo” and “Cineplex Sat: Derailed,” UniMás ranked as the No. 2 Spanish-language network on Saturday night, 11/4/17, outperforming Telemundo by +11% among Adults 18-49 (346,000 vs. 312,000).

UniMás, delivered on average, more viewers during broadcast prime than the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV among Total Viewers 2+ (+126% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+152% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+179% adv.).
