UniMás Registered its Highest-Rated Week Thus Far in the Current Season Among Total Viewers 2+ and Second-Highest Among Adults 18-49

UniMás’ “Moisés y Los Diez Mandamientos” Out-Delivers Telemundo’s “La Fan” for the Eleventh Consecutive Week Among Total Viewers 2+ and Adults 18-49 and Seventh Consecutive Week Among Adults 18-34

UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights
Week of March 27, 2017 to April 2, 2017

  • UniMás delivered its highest-rated week thus far in the current 2016/17 season with 900,000 Total Viewers 2+, second-highest week with 407,000 Adults 18-49 and third-highest with 164,000 Adults 18-34 during broadcast prime.
    • Week-to-week, UniMás registered +13% more Total Viewers 2+, +14% more Adults 18-49 and +17% more Adults 18-34.
    • Year-over-year (03/28/16-04/03/16), the network attracted +16% more Total Viewers 2+.
  • The network also delivered its highest-rated weekly performance in the current 2016/2017 season during weekday prime (M-F 8-11pm), while registering week-to-week audience gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+23% to 1.0 million), Adults 18-49 (+25% to 444,000) and Adults 18-34 (+29% to 180,000).
    • At 8pm, “Moisés y Los Diez Mandamientos” grew its audience from the previous week among Total Viewers 2+ (+5% to 1.5 million), Adults 18-49 (+9% to 660,000) and Adults 18-34 (+13% to 266,000).
      • Additionally, “Moisés y Los Diez Mandamientos” out-delivered Telemundo’s telenovela “La Fan” head-to-head in the weeknight 8pm to 9pm time slot for the eleventh consecutive week among both Total Viewers 2+ (+49% adv., 1.5 million vs. 1.0 million) and Adults 18-49 (+43% adv., 660,000 vs. 462,000) and for the seventh consecutive week among Adults 18-34 (+48% adv., 266,000 vs. 180,000).
    • 9pm series, “Mujeres de Negro” posted week-to-week gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+9% to 483,000), Adults 18-49 (+11% to 228,000) and Adults 18-34 (+21% to 94,000).
  • On Saturday night, UniMás’ back-to-back film line-up that included “Cine Cantinflas: Caballero a la Medida” followed by “Cineplex: Ip Man 2” outperformed Telemundo in the 8-11pm time period making it the No. 2 Spanish-language broadcast network on this night among Total Viewers 2+ (+21% adv., 784,000 vs. 647,000) and Adults 18-49 (+14% adv., 326,000 vs. 286,000).
  • The 10pm Sunday night dramatic series, “La Hermandad,” delivered more Total Viewers 2+ (+2% to 315,000) and Adults 18-34 (+59% to 86,000) compared to its prior Sunday airing.
  • UniMás, on average, delivered more Total Viewers 2+ (+126%), Adults 18-49 (+147%) and Adults 18-34 (+152%) than the combined audience of Estrella and Azteca.
