UniMás Registered its Highest-Rated Week Thus Far in the Current Season Among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Young Adults 18-34

UniMás Delivered More Viewers Than the Combined Audience of Estrella and Azteca Among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Young Adults 18-34

Week of November 14, 2016 to November 20, 2016

UniMás delivered its highest-rated week thus far in the current 2016/17 season, while posting week-to-week double-digit percentage audience gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+37% to 623,000), Adults 18-49 (+43% to 311,000) and young Adults 18-34 (+64% to 141,000) during broadcast prime.

All three Monday to Friday drama series reported more viewers compared to the previous week.

  • 8pm series “Moisés y los Diez Mandamientos” registered its highest-rated weekly average since its debut on 07/11/16, with week-to-week increases of +12% among Total Viewers 2+ (802,000), +13% among Adults 18-49 (373,000) and +24% among young Adults 18-34 (159,000).
  • During the 9pm hour, “La Viuda Negra” built its audience week-over-week among Adults 18-49 (+2% to 194,000) and young Adults 18-34 (+13% to 90,000).
  • At 10pm, “Bloque de Búsqueda” also delivered its highest-rated week since its premiere on 10/17/16, increasing its audience over the previous week by +8% among Total Viewers 2+ (235,000), by +12% among Adults 18-49 (121,000) and by +62% among young Adults 18-34 (56,000).

Led by an all movie line-up, both Saturday and Sunday nights also delivered record performances in the current season.

Saturday-to-Saturday, UniMás delivered considerably more Total Viewers 2+ (+84% to 964,000), Adults 18-49 (+104% to 448,000) and young Adults 18-34 (+133% to 228,000).

  • 7pm feature film “Cine Cantinflas: El Bombero Atomico” averaged more Total Viewers 2+ (+40% to 1.0 Million), Adults 18-49 (+60% to 451,000) and Adults 18-34 (+68% to 218,000) than the previous Saturday movie, “Cine Cantinflas: El Extra.”
  • Ending the night, UniMás aired “Cineplex: Shark Night 3D” (9:05-11pm) which reported significantly more viewers than last Saturday’s airing of “Velvet” (9-11pm) among Total Viewers 2+ (+123% to 804,000), Adults 18-49 (+138% to 386,000) and young Adults 18-34 (+169% to 199,000).

On Sunday night, UniMás also registered noticeable audience gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+99% to 941,000) Adults 18-49 (+107% to 512,000) and Adults 18-34 (+136% to 222,000) over the prior Sunday thanks to its prime time line-up which featured back-to-back “Cine de las Estrellas.” The first movie, titled “The Expandables,” delivered 974,000 Total Viewers 2+, 495,000 Adults 18-49 and 219,000 Adults 18-34. Following at 9pm, “A Good Day to Die Hard” averaged 909,000 Total Viewers 2+, 529,000 Adults 18-49, and 224,000 Adults 18-34.

UniMás, on average, delivered more Total Viewers 2+ (+43%), Adults 18-49 (+59%) and young Adults 18-34 (+57%) than the combined audience of Estrella and Azteca.
