UniMás Reported Season-to-Date Audience Growth with Total Viewers 2+ (+14%), Adults 18-49 (+6%) and Young Adults 18-34 (+7%)

In the current 2015/16 Season, UniMás is over-delivering the same weeks in the 2014/15 Season with Total Viewers 2+ (+14% to 670,000), Adults 18-49 (+6% to 350,000) and young Adults 18-34 (+7% to 160,000).

UniMás ranked as the No. 2 Spanish-language network for the 2nd consecutive Saturday night, beating Telemundo among young Adults 18-34 (+18%). UniMás also out-delivered Telemundo with both Total Viewers 2+ (+14%) and Adults 18-49 (+19%).

  • At 8pm, the Cine Cantinflas movie presentation of “El Gendarme Desconocido” attracted more viewers than last week’s title “A Volar Jóven” among Total Viewers 2+, (+6% to 726,000) Adults 18-49 (+6% to 291,000) and young Adults 18-34 (+2% to 108,000). Airing head-to-head with Telemundo’s “Que Noche,” UniMás’ movie presentation reported +30% advantage over Telemundo among Total Viewers 2+, +52% more Adults 18-49 and +32% more young Adults 18-34 viewers.
  • Airing against Telemundo’s Olympic coverage, UniMás’ 9pm feature film “Taken” solidified the network’s advantage over Telemundo with Total Viewers 2+ (+8%, 867,000), Adults 18-49 (+11%, 449,000) and young Adults 18-34 (+15%, 181,000).

UniMás’ series “Moisés y los Diez Mandamientos” reported week-to-week audience growth among Total Viewers 2+ (+1% to 586,000), Adults 18-49 (+1% to 308,000) and young Adults 18-34 (+25% to 127,000) during the M-Th 8pm hour.

Following at 9pm, “Ronca de Oro” also increased its audience over the previous week, attracting +5% more Total Viewers 2+ (to 544,000), +7% more Adults 18-49 (to 245,000) and +41% more young Adults 18-34 (to 99,000).

UniMás increased its audience over the prior week with Total Viewers 2+ (+3% to 505,000), Adults 18-49 (+5% to 251,000) and Adults 18-34 (+20% to 107,000) for the entire week during prime.

Versus the same week a year ago (08/10/15 – 08/16/15), UniMás grew its viewership with Total Viewers 2+ (+9%) and Adults 18-49 (+4%).

UniMás, on average, delivered more Total Viewers 2+ (+48%), Adults 18-49 (+76%) and young Adults 18-34 (+70%) viewers than the combined audience of Estrella, Azteca and MundoMax.
