UniMás Reported Season-to-Date Audience Growth with Total Viewers 2+ (+15%) and Adults 18-49 (+6%)

UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of July 25, 2016 to July 31, 2016

  • UniMás ranked as the No. 2 Spanish-language network on Saturday night, beating Telemundo among Total Viewers 2+ (+5%) and Adults 18-49 (+11%).
  • At 7pm the Cine Cantinflas movie presentation of “El Supersabio” delivered 623,000 Total Viewers 2+, 265,000 Adults 18-49 and 113,000 young Adults 18-34.  Airing head-to-head with Telemundo’s “Qué Noche,” UniMás’ movie presentation reported +5% more Total Viewers 2+ and +23% more Adults 18-49.
  • Following at 9pm, the feature film “The Hard Corps” built on its lead-in and delivered 762,000 Total Viewers 2+, 366,000 Adults 18-49 and 153,000 young Adults 18-34. The 9pm film out-delivered Telemundo’s movie (“Ninja Assassin”) in the time period by +2% among Total Viewers 2+ and +7% among Adults 18-49.
  • UniMás averaged 560,000 Total Viewers 2+, 277,000 Adults 18-49 and 116,000 Adults 18-34 for the entire week during prime.
    • Week-to-week, the network registered double-digit percentage growth among Total Viewers 2+ (+18%), Adults 18-49 (+20%) and Adults 18-34 (+27%).
    • The network also grew its primetime audience compared to the corresponding week in 2015 among Total Viewers 2+ (+18%), Adults 18-49 (+9%) and Adults 18-34 (+8%).
  • UniMás, on average, delivered more Total Viewers 2+ (+64%), Adults 18-49 (+91%) and young Adults 18-34 (+93%) viewers than the combined audience of Estrella, Azteca and MundoMax.
  • In the current 2015/16 Season, UniMás is over-delivering the same weeks in the 2014/15 Season with Total Viewers 2+ (+15% to 680,000) and Adults 18-49 (+6% to 350,000).
