In an emotional conversation with Univision News Anchor Jorge Ramos, Mexican film and television star Kate del Castillo speaks out about her alleged friendship and highly controversial secret meeting with one of the world’s most powerful drug lords, “El Chapo Guzmán,” which took place while he was in hiding after having escaped from a maximum security prison in Mexico. The exclusive interview will air as a special edition of Univision’s award-winning primetime newsmagazine “Aquí y Ahora.”
The famous actress finally reveals what happened during the five minutes she spent alone with “El Chapo” and why she is the only person that holds the exclusive rights for making a film about the former leader of the violent Sinaloa Cartel. She also tells Ramos why she is terrified of returning to her native country.
