Season-over-Season, UniMás Reports Double-Digit Percentage Increases Among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Young Adults 18-34

UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of May 2, 2016 to May 8, 2016

  • UniMás ranked as the No. 2 Spanish-language network on Saturday night, beating Telemundo with Total Viewers 2+ (+67%), Adults 18-49 (+92%) and young Adults 18-34 (+101%).
    • Season-to-date, UniMás ranks as the No. 2 Spanish-language network on Saturday nights with Total Viewers 2+ (+5%), Adults 18-49 (+15%) and young Adults 18-34 (+15%).  Furthermore, thus far in second quarter, UniMás has out-ranked Telemundo on 5 out of 6 Saturday nights.
    • UniMás kicked off the night with a Cine Cantinflas movie presentation of “El Supersabio.” The film attracted 592,000 Total Viewers 2+, 246,000 Adults 18-49 and 105,000 young Adults 18-34.
    • The 9pm feature film “In the Blood” built on its lead-in and delivered 864,000 Total Viewers 2+, 414,000 Adults 18-49 and 190,000 young Adults 18-34.
    • UniMás’ back-to-back movie lineup out-delivered Telemundo’s entire primetime lineup including “Qué Noche,” and “Reina del Sur” with Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and young Adults 18-34.
  • In the current 2015/16 Season, UniMás is over-delivering the same weeks in the 2014/15 Season among Total Viewers 2+ (+21%), Adults 18-49 (+13%) and young Adults 18-34 (+13%) during broadcast prime.
  • Versus the same week a year ago (05/04/15 – 05/10/15), UniMás attracted more Total Viewers 2+ (+44%), Adults 18-49 (+35%) and young Adults 18-34 (+40%).
  • UniMás, on average, delivered more Total Viewers 2+ (+37%), Adults 18-49 (+73%) and young Adults 18-34 (+67%) viewers than the combined audience of Estrella, Azteca and MundoMax.
