Last Week, Univision Ranked as the No. 5 Broadcast Network Among Both Young Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49

Univision Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of December 14, 2015 to December 20, 2015

  • Last week (M-SU), Univision ranked as the No. 5 broadcast network among both young Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49.  Univision out-delivered one or more of the English-language broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, NBC or FOX) on five nights among both demographics.
  • Airing M-F 8 p.m., “Antes Muerta Que Lichita” (I’d Rather be Dead Than Ordinary) helped Univision rank as the No. 3 network in the time period among young Adults 18-34, outperforming ABC and FOX.  The show saw week-to-week growth among Total Viewers 2+ (+7% to 2.1 million), Adults 18-49 (6% to 976,000) and young Adults 18-34 (+11% to 475,000).
  • Airing M-F 9 p.m., “Pasión y Poder” (Passion and Power) helped Univision rank as the No. 3 network in the time period among young Adults 18-34, outperforming ABC and FOX.  The show saw week-to-week growth among Total Viewers 2+ (+7% to 2.2 million), Adults 18-49 (+8% to 1.0 million) and young Adults 18-34 (+24% to 470,000).
  • Airing M-F 10 p.m., “Yo No Creo En Los Hombres” (I Don’t Trust Men) helped Univision rank as the No. 3 network in the time period among young Adults 18-34, outperforming ABC and CBS.  The show saw week-to-week growth among Total Viewers 2+ (+9% to 2.3 million), Adults 18-49 (+8% to 1.0 million) and young Adults 18-34 (+18% to 480,000).
  • On Saturday, “Sabadazo” averaged 779,000 Total Viewers 2+, 331,000 Adults 18-49 and 151,000 young Adults 18-34.
  • On Sunday, Univision’s full primetime lineup ranked within the top 15 programs for the entire evening among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and young Adults 18-34.
    • At 7 p.m., a special Premios Deportes themed “El Gordo y La Flaca” averaged 1.3 million Total Viewers 2+, 488,000 Adults 18-49 and 188,000 young Adults 18-34.
    • At 8 p.m., the awards show Premios Deportes averaged 1.5 million Total Viewers 2+, 573,000 Adults 18-49 and 219,000 young Adults 18-34.
    • Finally at 10 p.m., “Sal y Pimienta” (Salt and Pepper) averaged 1.2 million Total Viewers 2+, 520,000 Adults 18-49 and 224,000 young Adults 18-34.
