UniMas Ranked as the No. 2 Spanish-Language Network on Sunday Night, Out-delivering Telemundo among Adults 18-49 & Young Adults 18-34

UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of October 12, 2015 to October 18, 2015

  • UniMás ranked as the No.2 Spanish-language network on Sunday night out-delivering Telemundo among Adults 18-49 (+1%) and Adults 18-34 (+5%).
    • UniMás kicked off the night with “Liga MX” (5:48 p.m.-8 p.m.) match between Guadalajara and Puebla. The game attracted 950,000 Total Viewers 2+, 466,000 Adults 18-49 and 196,000 young Adults 18-34. Following at 8 p.m., “Cine de las Estrellas: 10,000 B.C.” averaged 946,000 Total Viewers 2+, 506,000 Adults 18-49 and 258,000 Adults 18-34.
    • Ending the night at 10 p.m., UniMás’ “Niño Santo” grew week-to-week among Total Viewers 2+ (+66% to 562,000), Adults 18-49 (+70% to 262,000) and Adults 18-34 (+168% to 110,000).
    • Telemundo’s line-up included back-to-back “Cine Millonario” films, 6:30 p.m.-8 p.m. “Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa” and 8-11 p.m., “Gladiator.”
  • Compared to the prior week, UniMás increased its prime viewership among Total Viewers 2+ (+30% to 677,000), Adults 18-49 (+36% to 346,000) and young Adults 18-34 (+43% to 157,000)
  • Versus the same week a year ago (10/13/14-10/19/14) UniMás also reported growth among Total Viewers 2+ (+28%), Adults 18-49 (+24%) and young Adults 18-34 (+22%).
  • UniMás, on average, delivered more viewers than the combined audience of Estrella, Azteca and MundoMax among Total Viewers 2+ (+40%), Adults 18-49 (+76%) and young Adults 18-34 (+85%).
