UniMás Ranked as the No. 2 Spanish-Language Network for the Entire Weekend, Outperforming Telemundo Among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Young Adults 18-34

UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of August 24, 2015 to August 30, 2015

  • UniMás was the No. 2 Spanish-language network for the entire weekend, outperforming Telemundo on both nights among Total Viewers 2+ (+22%), Adults 18-49 (+30%) and young Adults 18-34 (+40%).
    • UniMás out-delivered Telemundo on Saturday night among Total Viewers 2+ (+69%), Adults 18-49 (+54%) and young Adults 18-34 (+67%).
      • UniMás’ entire line-up consisting of back-to-back films, “Conserje en Condominio” and “Blood: The Last Vampire,” outperformed Telemundo’s prime telecasts of “Cine Millonario: ‘The Brave One’” and “Fútbol Estelar: Pachuca vs. Atlas” among Total Viewers 2+ and Adults 18-49.
      • In fact, season-to-date, UniMás is the No. 2 Spanish-language network on Saturday nights, averaging more Total Viewers 2+ (+20%), Adults 18-49 (+16%) and young Adults 18-34 (+7%) than Telemundo.
    • On Sunday night, UniMás over-delivered Telemundo among Total Viewers 2+ (+9%), Adults 18-49 (+22%) and young Adults 18-34 (+30%), finishing the night as the No. 2 Spanish-language network.
  • Compared to the prior week, UniMás increased its prime viewership among Total Viewers 2+ (+18% to 591,000), Adults 18-49 (+22% to 327,000) and young Adults 18-34 (+36% to 155,000).
  • Versus the same week a year ago, UniMás also reported growth among Total Viewers 2+ (+26%), Adults 18-49 (+33%) and young Adults 18-34 (+42%).
  • Additionally, UniMás averaged more viewers than the combined audience of Estrella, Azteca and MundoFox among Total Viewers 2+ (+36%), Adults 18-49 (+93%) and young Adults 18-34 (+125%) viewers.
