UniMás Ranked as the No. 2 Spanish-Language Network for the Second Consecutive Saturday Night, Out-Delivering Telemundo Among Total Viewers 2+

UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of April 13, 2015 to April 19, 2015

  • UniMás was the No. 2 Spanish-language network on Wednesday night, delivering more than double the Adults 18-49 (+102% to 1.3 Million) and young Adults 18-34 (+100% to 637,000) viewers compared to Telemundo. UniMás also surpassed Telemundo among Total Viewers 2+ (+63% to 2.2 Million).
    • At 9 p.m., USA and Mexico faced off in an international friendly soccer match and attracted 2.8 Million Total Viewers 2+, 1.6 Million Adults 18-49, and 798,000 young Adults 18-34. In fact, the friendly resulted in a 2-0 win over Mexico and is the most viewed soccer match among Adults 18-49 this year. Furthermore, the soccer match ranked among the top 5 programs for the night with Adults 18-34 (#5) and the top 10 among Adults 18-49 (#8).
  • UniMás ranked as the No. 2 Spanish-language network for the second consecutive Saturday night, out-delivering Telemundo among Total Viewers 2+.
    • Season to-date, UniMás is the No. 2 Spanish-language network during Saturday primetime, out-delivering Telemundo among Total Viewers 2+ (+23%).
    • Thus far in the 14/15 Season, UniMás averaged more Total Viewers 2+ on Saturday nights than Telemundo for 22 out of 30 weeks (73% of the time).
  • Compared to the prior week, UniMás increased its prime viewership among Total Viewers 2+ (+62% to 689,000), Adults 18-49 (+73% to 396,000) and young Adults 18-34 (+90% to 186,000).
  • Airing during the 8 p.m. hour (Monday-Friday), UniMás’ feature films grew its audience compared to the prior week among Total Viewers 2+ (+31% to 542,000), Adults 18-49 (+29% to 298,000) and young Adults 18-34 (+21% to 142,000).
  • In its second week, the 9 p.m. series “Fugitivos” built its viewership among Total Viewers 2+ (+13% to 362,000), Adults 18-49 (+10% to 215,000) and young Adults 18-34 (+8% to 84,000).
  • Week-to-week, UniMás’ 10 p.m. dramatic series “La Esquina del Diablo” grew its young Adults 18-34 (+9% to 71,000).
  • UniMás, on average, delivered more viewers than the combined audience of Estrella, Azteca and MundoFox among Total Viewers 2+ (27%), Adults 18-49 (+78%) and more than double the young Adults 18-34 (+100%).
