Rodriguez’s mantra — “You have to make the magic happen” — can also be seen as the guiding philosophy in her efforts to make Univision the leading Hispanic media company in the United States. As CMO and president of entertainment, she plays a crucial role in sharing the company’s culture and vision through content and entertainment development and acquisitions, media planning and strategy, digital and corporate marketing and consumer brand analytics across multiple platforms. She also heads Univision’s Women’s Leadership Council and its Women’s Leadership Academy. “Telling stories of inclusivity and diversity is central to who we are as a company,” says Rodriguez. “And it’s a cornerstone of how we deliver on our mission to inform, empower and entertain Hispanic America.”
