UniMás’ “Enamorándonos” Delivers Highest-Rated Weekly Performance Among Total Viewers 2+ and Adults 18-49
UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of March 16, 2020 to March 20, 2020
- UniMás delivered its highest-rated weekly performance during primetime in the current 2019/2020 season with week-over-week audience growth among Total Viewers 2+ (+9% to 694,000), Adults 18-49 (+12% to 341,000) and Adults 18-34 (+15% to 140,000).
- UniMás outperformed The CW for the entire week during primetime with Adults 18-49 (+40% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+67% adv.), marking the ninth and fourteenth consecutive week that it has outperformed The CW with Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34, respectively.
- UniMás increased its primetime audience by double-digits year-over-year among Total Viewers 2+ (+78%), Adults 18-49 (+81%) and Adults 18-34 (+82%), marking the 21st consecutive week of audience growth.
- In the current 2019/2020 season, UniMás is averaging double-digit audience growth versus the previous season among Total Viewers 2+ (+43% to 514,000), Adults 18-49 (+49% to 247,000) and Adults 18-34 (+41% to 104,000).
- UniMás’ reality series, “Enamorándonos” delivered week-to-week audience growth among Total Viewers 2+ (+9% to 804,000), Adults 18-49 (+7% to 384,000) and Adults 18-34 (+7% to 158,000), marking its highest-rated weekly performance with both Total Viewers 2+ and Adults 18-49.
- UniMás’ “Enamorándonos” outperformed The CW by double-digit margins among Adults 18-49 (+55% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+82% adv.) during the Monday to Friday 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. time period for the entire week.
- The reality series increased the network’s Monday through Friday 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. time slot by triple-digits year-over-year among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.
- The reality series drew in more Adult 18-34 viewers than first-run episodes of The CW’s “The Flash,” “Supernatural,” “Roswell, New Mexico,” “Legacies,” “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow,” “Batwoman,” “Supergirl” and “Katy Keene.”
- UniMás’ weeknight 10 p.m. newscast, “Noticiero Univision” delivered its highest-rated weekly performance in the current 2019/2020 season and grew by double-digits week-to-week among Total Viewers 2+ (+20% to 772,000), Adults 18-49 (+24% to 388,000) and Adults 18-34 (+26% to 160,000). The newscast also increased the network’s Monday to Friday 10 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. time slot by double-digit margins year-over-year among Total Viewers 2+ (+48%), Adults 18-49 (+53%) and Adults 18-34 (+48%).
- On Saturday night, UniMás’ airing of “Cineplex: The Martian” increased the network’s 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. time period by double-digit margins among Total Viewers 2+ (+15% to 595,000) and Adults 18-49 (+21% to 285,000) versus the prior Saturday. The movie also delivered double to triple-digit audience growth to the network’s 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. time slot versus the comparable day last year across all key demos.
- On Sunday night, UniMás out-delivered The CW’s entire original primetime lineup (“Batwoman” and “Supergirl”) among Adults 18-49 (+75% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+119% adv.). With a line-up that included “Cineplex: Training Day” and “CineMás: Shooter,” the UniMás network increased its audience by double-digits among Total Viewers 2+ (+10% to 714,000), Adults 18-49 (+11% to 388,000) and Adults 18-34 (+20% to 151,000) versus the previous Sunday. The movie lineup also delivered double-digit audience growth year-to-year to the network’s 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. time period among Total Viewers 2+ (+56%), Adults 18-49 (+63%) and Adults 18-34 (+59%).
- UniMás outperformed the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV during primetime among Total Viewers 2+ (+157% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+241% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+259% adv.) for the entire week.
