Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers 2+ During Semi-Final Episode

Univision Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of November 19, 2018 to November 25, 2018

Univision finished ahead of The CW during primetime for the ninth consecutive week with 1.2 million Total Viewers 2+, 512,000 Adults 18-49 and 222,000 Adults 18-34.

For the fourth consecutive week, Univision ranked as the No. 1 Spanish-language in primetime, outperforming Telemundo by +8% among Total Viewers 2+.

Univision out-delivered one or more of the English-language broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, NBC or FOX) on four out of seven nights last week among Adults 18-34.

With live coverage of “Sábado Futbolero,” Univision captured the No. 3 broadcast network ranking, out-delivering CBS, NBC and FOX on Saturday night among Adults 18-34. The back-to-back soccer matches, America vs. Veracruz and Guadalajara (Chivas) vs. Tigres UANL, delivered an average audience of 875,000 Total Viewers 2+, 461,000 Adults 18-49 and 216,000 Adults 18-34 and outperformed FOX’s “College Football” featuring the game between Oklahoma State and Texas Christian University on this night among Adults 18-49 (+4% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+27% adv.). Both games were among the top-rated programs on all of broadcast television on Saturday night with the young Adult 18-34 viewers, ranking at No. 4 “Guadalajara (Chivas) vs. Tigres UANL” (225,000) and No. 8 “America vs. Veracruz” (206,000).

For the third consecutive Sunday, Univision finished as the No. 1 Spanish-language network for the entire night with double-digit audience advantages over Telemundo among Total Viewers 2+ (+90% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+49% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+37% adv.).

Averaging over half-a-million Adult 18-49 viewers, Univision’s “Jesus” (505,000) and “Amar A Muerte” (554,000) positioned it as the No. 1 Spanish-language network with double-digit audience advantages of +22% and +13% over Telemundo in the respective weeknight 8pm and 10pm hours. “Jesus” (198,000) and “Amar A Muerte” (263,000) also drew in more young Adult 18-34 viewers than first-run episodes of CBS’ “Madam Secretary” and CW’s “Arrow,” “Black Lightning,” “Charmed,” “DCs Legends of Tomorrow” and “Supergirl.”
