NEW YORK – MAY 12, 2026 – TelevisaUnivision, the world’s leading Spanish-language media company, today announced an expanded sports offering during its annual Upfront presentation in New York City, boasting an industry-leading portfolio of Spanish-language sports rights – serving fans across the country with the biggest moments in soccer and beyond.

TelevisaUnivision reached a new agreement with ESPN to serve as the Spanish-language broadcast home of Super Bowl LXI, airing live on Sunday, Feb. 14, 2027, from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif.

The company doubled down on its commitment to soccer, announcing new agreements with CONCACAF, CONMEBOL and the Federación Mexicana de Fútbol, delivering the best in North, Central and South American soccer, as well as the Mexican National Team for years to come – complementing a slate of European soccer matches on ViX to serve soccer fans across every platform.

Earlier this year, TelevisaUnivision announced a collaboration with Apple, bringing Formula 1 to Univision with dedicated pre- and post-race programming. The company announced that it will simulcast the Las Vegas Grand Prix on Saturday, Nov. 21.

TelevisaUnivision 2026-27 Sports Offering

Super Bowl LXI

TelevisaUnivision reached an agreement with ESPN for broadcast rights to Super Bowl LXI in the United States. Following a successful, record-setting broadcast of Super Bowl LVIII in 2024, Univision will air America’s biggest game alongside ABC, ESPN, and ESPN Deportes, offering a Spanish-language telecast on Sunday, Feb. 14, 2027.

CONCACAF: Gold Cup & Nations League

A new multiyear agreement keeps TelevisaUnivision as the Spanish-language home in the United States for the Concacaf Gold Cup and Concacaf Nations League competitions through 2029 across its linear and streaming platforms. The Concacaf Nations League unites all 41 Concacaf Member Associations in a biennial competition featuring league play across three divisions, culminating in the Concacaf Nations League Finals, where a champion is crowned. The competition also serves as a qualifying pathway to the Concacaf Gold Cup, the region’s premier men’s national team tournament. Held every two years, the Concacaf Gold Cup features the top 16 national teams in North, Central America and the Caribbean competing for continental supremacy.

CONMEBOL Libertadores and CONMEBOL Sudamericana

The premier competitions of South American club football will live on Univision beginning in 2027 through 2030. The CONMEBOL Libertadores, now in its 67th edition, is the continent’s most celebrated club competition with 47 teams from across the region competing from February to November for a place among the elite and automatic entry into the FIFA Intercontinental Cup. The CONMEBOL Sudamericana, now in its 25th edition, brings together clubs from all 10 CONMEBOL member associations from March 2027 to November 2027, with the champion earning automatic qualification for the following year’s CONMEBOL Libertadores. Together the two tournaments represent the most-watched club soccer competition in Americas.

Formula 1: Las Vegas Grand Prix

Formula 1 returns to TelevisaUnivision in collaboration with Apple, to broadcast the 2026 Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix on November 21, with dedicated pre- and post- race programming. Throughout the season TelevisaUnivision will also amplify Apple TV’s Formula 1 coverage across a multiplatform ecosystem with highlights on Univision and TUDN bringing fans world-class coverage of the sport all season long.

Mexican National Team

Extending its long-standing partnership with the Federación Mexicana de Fútbol, TelevisaUnivision will continue bringing fans coverage of Mexico’s Men’s National Team across its platforms through 2034. The most-watched national soccer team in the United States, the Mexican National Team will call TelevisaUnivision its home, offering one of the sport’s most passionate fan base the best Spanish-language coverage.

Liga MX

TelevisaUnivision delivers coverage of Liga MX and Liga MX Femenil across its linear and streaming platforms. The most-watched soccer league in the U.S., Liga MX features clubs competing across the Torneo de Apertura and Torneo de Clausura for a place in the Liga MX Campeón de Campeones Final. TelevisaUnivision will air matches featuring Club América, Atlas, Atlético de San Luis, Cruz Azul, Club León, Atlante F.C., C.F. Monterrey, C.F. Pachuca, Club Puebla, Pumas UNAM, Querétaro FC, Santos Laguna, Toluca, and Xolos de Tijuana in Spanish across its platforms. TelevisaUnivision’s coverage of Liga MX Femenil, Mexico’s topflight women’s league, will feature matches from Club América, Monterrey, Necaxa C.F., Pumas UNAM, Querétaro, and Toluca, all vying for a place for their championship title.
