ViX’s Microdramas, A New Slate of Original Vertical Content, Premieres Today
The first episodes will be released on ViX Micro’s social media channels, with remaining episodes available on the ViX app
MIAMI – July 21, 2025 – ViX, the world’s leading Spanish-language streaming service, today announced the launch of its microcontent – a slate of short-form, vertical scripted series designed for mobile-first audiences.
“Our new microcontent combines the power of storytelling with an innovative format that not only meets young viewers where they are but serves as an entry point into our broader content ecosystem,” said Rafael Urbina, President of Streaming and Digital at TelevisaUnivision. “This launch marks a new era for Spanish-language content, with ViX at the forefront of delivering compelling and attention-grabbing original content.”
The first six original titles premiere today, including:
- “El regreso de la Heredera Fugitiva”
- “Te escribí antes de conocerte”
- “Intensamente Victoria”
- “Me fui gata volví perra”
- “¡Mamá, no me dejes morir!”
- “Destinada a ser la dueña”
Trailers and the first five episodes of each microdrama will debut across the ViX Micro social channels on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X starting today. All remaining episodes will be available exclusively on ViX.
New microcontent will premiere weekly starting July 25, with 40 original series set to be released through 2025.

MIAMI – 21 de julio de 2025 ViX, el servicio de streaming en español líder en el mundo, anunció hoy el lanzamiento de sus Microcontenidos, que incluyen Microdramas. Todo ello, es una nueva selección de series guionadas originales de formato corto y vertical, diseñadas para una audiencia móvil.

Nuevos Microcontenidos se estrenarán cada semana a partir del 25 de julio, con más de 40 títulos originales programados para lanzarse durante 2025.
