MIAMI – April 12, 2024 – Univision announces the 85-minute music special “Alejandro Fernández De Rey a Rey”, an emotional tribute from Alejandro Fernández to the legendary Don Vicente Fernández. Hosted by Andrea Legarreta, this special celebrates the enduring musical legacy of “El Charro de Huentitán” through the powerful performance of his son, Alejandro Fernández. The program will air on Saturday, April 26, at 9 p.m. ET / 8 p.m. CT, and will be broadcast simultaneously on Las Estrellas in Mexico.
Recorded during a stunning live performance at Plaza de Toros México, the special features six iconic songs made famous by Don Vicente Fernández, delivered with deep emotion by Alejandro Fernández.
“De Rey a Rey” also offers an intimate look into the Fernández family. The special includes an exclusive interview with Alejandro Fernández and his family from their beloved Rancho Los Tres Potrillos, giving audiences a personal glimpse into their legacy and close family bond.
The heartfelt tribute includes the following classic songs: Volver Volver, Estos Celos, Un Millón de Primaveras, Acá Entre Nos, De Qué Manera Te Olvido, and El Rey.

MIAMI – 12 de abril de 2024 – Univision anuncia el especial musical de 85 minutos “Alejandro Fernández De Rey a Rey”, un emotivo tributo de Alejandro Fernández al legendario Don Vicente Fernández. Conducido por Andrea Legarreta, este especial celebra el legado musical perdurable de “El Charro de Huentitán” a través de la poderosa interpretación de su hijo, Alejandro Fernández. El programa se transmitirá el sábado 26 de abril a las 9 p.m. ET / 8 p.m. CT, y de forma simultánea por Las Estrellas en México.
Grabado durante una impactante presentación en la Plaza de Toros México, el especial presenta seis temas icónicos popularizados por Don Vicente Fernández, interpretados con profunda emoción por Alejandro Fernández.
