WHAT: UNIMÁS announced today the third and final season of the hit Turkish telenovela “La Hija del Embajador” (The Ambassador’s Daughter) will premiere on May 2. The epic story of love, redemption and new beginnings will air Monday to Friday at 7 p.m. ET on UNIMÁS.
Following a heartbreaking cliffhanger last season, the story of Sancar (Engin Akyürek) continues as he tries to overcome the pain caused by his wife’s disappearance. Wrestling with demons from the past while trying to be the father Melek (Beren Gençalp) deserves, life will present him with a new opportunity for love. He will meet Mavi (Tuba Büyüküstün), an empowered woman who decided to take control of her destiny after leaving a toxic relationship, and together they will have a fresh beginning.
The popular actress Tuba Büyüküstün joins the award-winning drama’s star-studded cast and reunites with actor Engin Akyürek following their global success as a power couple in a previous production.
