Univision’s “¿Quién Es la Máscara?” Finale Reaches 3.8 Million Total Viewers 2+, Delivers Highest-Rated Telecast

Univision Ranks No. 1 During Primetime Hour in Los Angeles, Miami, and Houston Among Total Viewers 2+, Regardless of Language

MIAMI – MARCH 16, 2022 — Sunday night’s season 3 finale of Univision’s “¿Quién Es la Máscara?” (The Masked Singer) reached 3.8 million Total Viewers 2+ that tuned in as well as reaching 12.1 million Total Viewers 2+ during its full run. Featuring Mónica Huarte, Carlos Rivera, Yuri, and Juanpa Zurit, the hit singing reality competition series airing from 8:00 p.m.-10:30 p.m. ET/PT, averaged 1.8 million Total Viewers 2+, 594,000 among Adults 18-49 and 220,000 Adults 18-34, marking the program’s highest-rated telecast in its full season 3 run among Total Viewers 2+.

In its full run, the third season of “¿Quién Es la Máscara?” averaged 1.5 million Total Viewers 2+, 546,000 Adults 18-49 and 194,000 Adults 18-34 and attracted more Total Viewers 2+ (+33%), Adults 18-49 (+42%) and Adults 18-34 (+30%) to the network’s Sunday 8:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. time slot from the comparable dates last year.  The singing reality competition series grew over its season two performance among Total Viewers 2+ (+19%), Adults 18-49 (+16%), and Adults 18-34 (+8%). Additionally, “¿Quién Es la Máscara?”  positioned Univision as the No. 1 Spanish-language network during the Sunday 8:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. time slot with double-digit audience advantages over Telemundo among Total Viewers 2+ (+78% advantage), Adults 18-49 (+51% advantage) and Adults 18-34 (+49% advantage).

In the current 2021/2022 season, Univision is home to the No. 1 (“¿Quién es la Máscara?”) and No. 2 (“Nuestra Belleza Latina”) primetime reality series on all of television, regardless of language, among U.S. Hispanics, including Adults 18-49 and Total Viewers 2+. “¿Quién Es la Máscara?”  ended on a high note securing the No. 1 entertainment program rank on all of television, regardless of language with U.S. Hispanics in primetime and for the entire day on Sunday among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49, and Adults 18-34 during its season 3 run.
