UniMás Continues to Deliver Season-Over-Season Audience Growth in Primetime Among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34

UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of April 9, 2018 to April 15, 2018

Last week, UniMás averaged 608,000 Total Viewers 2+, 265,000 Adults 18-49 and 102,000 Adults 18-34 during primetime.

UniMás’ adventure reality competition, “Reto 4 Elementos Naturaleza Extrema,” in the Monday to Thursday, 10pm to 12am block:

UniMás’ new primetime variety lineup, consisting of “Los Mosqueteros” (Monday), “Drug Wars” (Tuesday), “El Chavo” (Wednesday), “El Principe” (Thursday) and “Nosotros Los Guapos” (Friday), delivered, on average, 335,000 Total Viewers 2+, 159,00 Adults 18-49 and 69,000 Adults 18-34 during the Monday to Friday, 8pm to 9pm hour, last week.

“La Tierra Prometida,” airing Monday to Friday, 9pm to 10pm, attracted more Total Viewers 2+ (+82% to 1.2 million), Adults 18-49 (+62% to 420,000) and Adults 18-34 (+47% to 147,000) to the time-period versus same week in 2017.

Last week marked the seventh consecutive week that UniMás ranked as the No. 2 Spanish-language network in the weeknight 9pm hour with “La Tierra Prometida,” outperforming Telemundo’s “Al Otro Lado del Muro” among Total Viewers 2+ (+3%; 1.2 million vs. 1.1 million).

UniMás also out-delivered the CW network by double-digit margins during the Monday to Friday 9pm hour among Total Viewers 2+ (+28% adv.; 1.2 million vs. 911,000) and Adults 18-49 (+12% adv.; 420,000 vs. 376,000), as well as by +3% among Adults 18-34 (147,000 vs. 143,000). Last week also marked the ninth consecutive week that UniMás outperformed the CW network in the weeknight 9pm hour across all three key demographic groups.

With a Sunday night lineup that included “Cineplex: Vice” and “Cine de las Estrellas: The Last Castle,” UniMás drew in more Adults 18-49 (+5% to 269,000) and Adults 18-34 (+34% to 125,000) versus comparable night in 2017.

UniMás attracted significantly more Total Viewers 2+ (+69% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+83% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+89% adv.) than the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV during primetime.

In the current 2017/2018 season, UniMás is delivering more Total Viewers 2+ (+11% to 731,000), Adults 18-49 (+1% to 318,000) and Adults 18-34 (+1% to 126,000) in primetime versus comparable weeks in the 2016/2017 season.
