UniMás Beat Telemundo on Sunday Night Among Adults 18-49

UniMás Reported Week-to-Week and Year-Over-Year Audience Gains, While Attracting More Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34 than the Combined Audience of Estrella TV and Azteca

Last week, UniMás averaged 511,000 Total Viewers 2+, 238,000 Adults 18-49 and 90,000 Adults 18-34 during broadcast prime. The network enjoyed audience gains versus the previous week as well as versus the year prior among various key demographics.

Week-to-week, UniMás’ weekday prime (M-F 8-11pm) grew across key demographics including, Total Viewers 2+ (+17% to 419,000), Adults 18-49 (+14% to 192,000) and Adults 18-34 (+11% to 80,000).

On Sunday, UniMás aired back-to-back “Cine de las Estrellas” movies, “Behind Enemy Lines 3” (7-9pm) and “The Expendables” (9-11pm), which led the network to out-deliver Telemundo for the entire night among Adults 18-49 (+10% adv.; 423,000 vs. 384,000). In fact, on this night, UniMás ranked as the fifth largest network among Adults 18-49, sixth among Adults 18-34 and finished in seventh place with Total Viewers 2+.

UniMás, on average, attracted considerably more viewers than the combined audience of Estrella TV and Azteca among Total Viewers 2+ (+80%), Adults 18-49 (+105%) and Adults 18-34 (+88%).
