UniMás Reported Week-to-Week and Year-Over-Year Audience Gains, While Attracting More Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34 Than the Combined Audience of Estrella TV and Azteca

Last week, UniMás averaged 657,000 Total Viewers 2+, 325,000 Adults 18-49 and 143,000 Adults 18-34 during broadcast prime. The network enjoyed double-digit audience gains versus the previous week as well as versus the year prior among key demographics.

Week-to-week, UniMás’ weekday prime (M-F 8-11pm) grew significantly across key demographics including, Total Viewers 2+ (+59% to 715,000), Adults 18-49 (+60% to 366,000) and Adults 18-34 (+93% to 162,000).

On Sunday night, UniMás posted audience gains among Total Viewers 2+ (+7% to 534,000), Adults 18-49 (+3% to 247,000) and Adults 18-34 (+43% to 114,000) over the prior Sunday thanks to its lineup which consisted of back-to-back “Cine de las Estrellas” movies, “The A-Team” and “Hero.”

With a median age of 41 years old, UniMás attracted the youngest audience of any broadcast network while it also averaged more viewers during broadcast prime than the combined audience of Azteca and Estrella TV among Total Viewers 2+ (+140% adv.), Adults 18-49 (+178% adv.) and Adults 18-34 (+192% adv.).
