MIAMI, FL – June 27, 2017 – Univision Digital, the leading digital publisher serving Hispanic America, unveiled its digital and social integrations for “Premios Juventud” 2017 (PJ 2017, Youth Awards), bringing the audience closer to the show than ever before. From an Instagram story show and an exclusive Facebook Live red carpet with Musical.ly hosts to top Univision Creator Network (UCN) influencer social media takeovers, fans will get an all access pass leading up to and throughout the show, which airs on Thursday, July 6 at 7:00-11:00 p.m. ET/PT on the Univision Network.
Premiosjuventud.com, the official homepage of the awards, created the road to “Premios Juventud” giving fans exclusive content on the nominees along with daily features, special video franchises with the stars, photo slideshows and interactive content for fans.

- Premios Juventud Selfie for a Cause – Nominees will be featured through a special “PJ Selfies” section on the site. Music artists, hosts, celebrities and influencers will be standing up for their cause with the hashtag #IStandUpFor.”
- “Agentes de Cambio” (Agents of Change)- Features on the special recipients who will be given recognition during the ceremony. Alongside these real-life heroes, Univision will recognize the contributions of some of our biggest artists who have served as an inspiration to many through videos and slideshows. For the first time, “Premios Juventud” will recognize young Latinos for their work towards creating a better world through their action in various important issues like education, social inclusion and the environment.
- Instagram Stories: Univision will tap into its hardcore fans to engage and reward them with special content or giveaways that will keep them coming for more.
- Instagram Show – “PJ 411” will bring fans closer to the talent and producers of “Premios Juventud,” hosted by social producers. The show will feature exclusive content from presenters, nominees and performers.
- Snapchat takeovers – Throughout the week of Premios Juventud, the show’s host, celebrities and influencers will take over the Univision and Premios Juventud accounts. Univision’s digital stars will give fans unprecedented access to the show, all through their lens.

- Facebook LIVE from the Red Carpet – Exclusive broadcast on red carpet and backstage access. Live voting and interactions from the red carpet during a pre-show providing highlights, fashion reviews, and make predictions of winners of this night hosted by Evelyn Sicairos and Los Pichy Boys.
- Musical.ly – Partnership will engage 13 to 18-year-old fans by leveraging UCN influencers, Univision personalities and artists. UCN influencers will encourage fans to guess the winner of the “Mejor Canción para Chillin” category (#ChillinChallenge) by uploading their rendition on Musical.ly and the winner will be announced on the air using fan video submissions. Participants will also be featured on premiosjuventud.com. Musical.ly will also go live from the red carpet to capture best moments.
- Winner’s Portraits – At the show, there will be a photo studio for all winners and guests to be displayed on Instagram and in special section on the site.
Additionally, top influencers from the Univision Creator Network, the leading U.S. Hispanic-focused multi-channel network on YouTube.com, will be part of linear and digital integrations.
