Univision Communications Inc., a media company serving Hispanic America, and travel retailer and restaurateur Paradies Lagardère hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the opening of a Univision-branded store located in Terminal B at Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental. This is the first Univision-branded store opened in Texas and third in the U.S.
The stores feature various products, including snacks and beverages that represent Latin America, as well as all the basic travel essentials. Both Bush Intercontinental and William P. Hobby airports are in the middle of a major concessions expansion that will bring a variety of new restaurants and retail shops to meet the needs and wants of travelers, airport officials said.
