UniMás was the No. 2 Spanish-language network for the entire weekend outperforming Telemundo among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.
- UniMás out-delivered Telemundo for the second consecutive Saturday night among Total Viewers 2+ (+56%), Adults 18-49 (+25%) and Adults 18-34 (+11%). When airing head-to-head, UniMás’ entire feature film lineup outperformed Telemundo’s prime telecasts of “Ranking Estrellas” and “Fútbol Estelar Leon” among Total Viewers 2+.
- On Sunday night, UniMás was the top pick over Telemundo among Total Viewers 2+ (+7%), Adults 18-49 (+7%) and Adults 18-34 (+4%), finishing the night as the No. 2 Spanish-language network.
On Tuesday night, UniMás reported week-over-week audience increases among Total Viewers 2+ (+11%). Contributing to Tuesday night’s growth was the premiere of two new dramatic series, “Tiro de Gracia” and “La Esquina del Diablo.”
- The 9pm series “Tiro De Gracia,” a co-production between Caracol TV and Televisa revolving around the intertwined lives of a theater actor with that of a powerful drug lord due to their physical resemblance, debuted to 504,000 Total Viewers 2+. 286,000 Adults 18-49 and 134,000 Adults 18-34. The series ranked as the eighteenth most-watched primetime premiere on UniMás (since 2002) in the key 18 to 49 demographic (+10%).
- At 10pm, “La Esquina Del Diablo” retained 86% of its overall lead-in audience from “Tiro De Gracia” with 433,000 Total Viewers 2+ and delivered more Adults 18-49 (+85% to 229,000) and Adults 18-34 (+74% to 120,000) than the previous 10pm series “En La Boca Del Lobo” premiere telecast (11/10/2014).
UniMás, on average, delivered more than the combined audience of Estrella, Azteca and MundoFox among Adults 18-49 (+24%) and Adults 18-34 (+62%).
