In spite of all the hardship wrought by the pandemic, Latino homeownership rates continued to rise in 2020 to record levels, helping to build to nearly seven years of consecutive growth. And there are no signs of that letting up: According to the Urban Institute, over the next 20 years Latinos will make up 70% of all new homeowner growth in the United States.
