ViX Announces the Premiere of “CIRCO GÓMEZ,” Its New Animated Comedy Series
MIAMI, June 1, 2026 — ViX, the world’s leading Spanish-language streaming service, today announced the premiere of its new original adult animated comedy series, CIRCO GÓMEZ, debuting June 5 exclusively on ViXPremium.
Featuring 10 episodes, CIRCO GÓMEZ is a sharp, irreverent animated comedy centered on a dysfunctional family of performers whose lives revolve around a struggling traveling circus desperately trying to stay afloat.
The series features the voices of Eugenio Derbez, Omar Chaparro, Vanessa Bauche, Diana Bovio, and Teco Lebrija, among other acclaimed performers.
CIRCO GÓMEZ introduces the Gómez family a group of eccentrics yet lovable entertainers led by Filiberto Gómez (Eugenio Derbez), an incompetent, sexist, and wildly self-important patriarch who is somehow still deeply adored. Like any unconventional family, the Gómezes have created their own version of “normal,” one in which they fit perfectly while the rest of the world seems completely absurd.
Through situations that are equal parts outrageous and relatable, the series explores universal family dynamics while taking audiences behind the curtain of this chaotic circus operation. Between failed performances, constant rehearsals, and an eclectic cast of performers, the Gómez family must band together to keep the circus from collapsing once and for all.
CIRCO GÓMEZ is produced by 3Pas Studios in collaboration with ViX. Eugenio Derbez, Ben Odell, and Javier Williams serve as executive producers alongside Jordan Rubio and Pablo Calasso from Visceral. Animation is produced by F3 Media, with Arturo Navarro and Teco Lebrija serving as executive producers for the animation studio and participating in the series’ writing team.

FILIBERTO GÓMEZ — The Ringmaster (Eugenio Derbez)
Filiberto believes he is the greatest ringmaster in the world the most handsome, talented, and masculine man alive though reality suggests otherwise. Incapable of admitting his mistakes, he constantly blames others for the circus’ failures. Raised with privilege as the son of a legendary ringmaster, he was once a celebrated tightrope walker in his youth. After inheriting the circus, however, his disastrous leadership has driven it to the brink of bankruptcy. Still, his massive ego prevents him from seeing reality, and in his mind, he remains the star he once was.
LUPITA GÓMEZ — The Strongwoman (Vanessa Bauche)
Lupita is the ultimate “cool mom”: confident, sensual, and completely uninhibited. She enjoys using her charm to get what she wants and firmly believes she is the most desirable woman on Earth. Her provocative personality fascinates Filiberto, who proudly flaunts his stunning wife at every opportunity.
VICKY GÓMEZ — The Trapeze Artist (Diana Bovio)
Rebellious, intelligent, and deeply sarcastic, Vicky dreams of a life beyond the circus tent and constantly questions just how absurd her family truly is. Torn between her talent and her ambitions, she is the brightest mind in the Gómez family a young woman evolving far faster than the world around her.
REFUGIO — The Daredevil (Omar Chaparro)
Refugio is a clumsy teenager obsessed with danger and deeply… “special,” as his parents would put it. Though he sees himself fearless, his stunts rarely go according to plan. Impulsive and overflowing with energy, he is all adrenaline, very little judgment, and even less intelligence.
“LOBITO” GÓMEZ — The Wolf Boy (Omar Chaparro)
A lovable yet feral child guided almost entirely by instinct. At the circus, he performs as the “Wolf Boy,” howling, performing tricks, and devouring raw meat. Adopted by the Gómez family, Lobito tries to adapt to family life though controlling his wild side proves difficult.
CHIQUIMOCO — The Clown (Teco Lebrija)
Chiquimoco is a circus clown and a devoted fan of life’s greatest pleasures: wine, friendship, and sleeping with his friends’ wives. A clown who has lived many lives, Chiquimoco may not always be loved by the Gómez family, but they cannot imagine the circus or their lives without him.

ViX anuncia el estreno de “CIRCO GÓMEZ”, su nueva comedia animada
MIAMI, 1 DE JUNIO DE 2026 — ViX, el servicio de streaming en español líder en el mundo, anuncia el estreno de su nueva serie original animada para adultos, “CIRCO GÓMEZ”, una comedia irreverente que llegará el próximo 5 de junio exclusivamente a través de ViX Premium.
Con un total de 10 episodios, CIRCO GÓMEZ es una divertida y ácida comedia animada que sigue a una familia disfuncional dedicada al mundo del espectáculo, con su vida girando alrededor de un decadente circo itinerante que lucha por mantenerse a flote.

CIRCO GÓMEZ presenta a los Gómez, una familia de artistas tan extravagante como entrañable, encabezada por un patriarca incapaz, machista y poco brillante pero sorprendentemente querido, Filiberto Gómez (Eugenio Derbez). Como toda familia poco convencional, han construido su propia idea de normalidad donde ellos encajan perfectamente… y el resto del mundo es el extraño.
A través de situaciones tan absurdas como familiares, la serie explora dinámicas universales mientras lleva al espectador detrás del escenario de este peculiar negocio. Entre ensayos, presentaciones fallidas y un elenco de artistas tan caótico como diverso, los Gómez deberán mantenerse unidos para evitar que su circo colapse definitivamente.
CIRCO GÓMEZ es una producción de 3Pas Studios en colaboración con ViX con Eugenio Derbez, Ben Odell y Javier Williams como productores ejecutivos, así como Jordan Rubio y también Pablo Calasso de Visceral. PERSONAJES
FILIBERTO GÓMEZ – El Maestro de Ceremonias (Eugenio Derbez)
Filiberto cree que es el mejor maestro de ceremonias del planeta (el más atractivo, talentoso y varonil), aunque la realidad demuestra lo contrario. Incapaz de admitir sus errores, culpa constantemente a otros por los fracasos del circo. Criado con privilegios como hijo de un legendario maestro de ceremonias, fue un famoso equilibrista en su juventud. Tras heredar el circo, su mala gestión lo ha llevado al borde de la quiebra. Aun así, su ego le impide ver la realidad y en su mente sigue siendo la estrella que alguna vez fue.
LUPITA GÓMEZ – La Mujer Fuerte (Vanessa Bauche)
Lupita es la “mamá cool”: sensual, segura de sí misma y completamente desinhibida. Disfruta usar su atractivo para conseguir lo que quiere y está convencida de que es la mujer más deseada del planeta. Su actitud provocadora fascina a Filiberto, quien presume orgulloso a su espectacular esposa.
VICKY GÓMEZ – La Trapecista (Diana Bovio)
Rebelde, inteligente y sarcástica. Sueña con una vida fuera de la carpa y constantemente cuestiona lo absurda que es su familia. Atrapada entre su talento y sus aspiraciones, es la mente más brillante de los Gómez; una joven que siente que va demasiado rápido para el lugar donde está.
REFUGIO – El Temerario – (Omar Chaparro)
Refugio, es un adolescente torpe, amante del riesgo y profundamente pend… “especial” como dicen sus padres. Aunque se presenta como temerario, suele fallar en sus acrobacias. Impulsivo y lleno de energía, es pura adrenalina y muy poco juicio, y aún menos inteligencia.
“LOBITO” GÓMEZ – Niño Lobo (Omar Chaparro)
Un pequeño adorable y salvaje con instintos animales. En el circo actúa como “niño lobo”, aullando, haciendo trucos y comiendo carne cruda. Adoptado por la familia Gómez, Lobito intenta adaptarse a la vida familiar, aunque no siempre logra controlar su naturaleza.
CHIQUIMOCO – El Payaso (Teco Lebrija)
Chiquimoco es el payaso del circo. Es un amante de las cosas buenas de la vida: el vino, los amigos y acostarse con las esposas de esos amigos. Chiquimoco es un payaso que ha vivido muchas vidas. Los Gómez no necesariamente aman a Chiquimoco, pero no pueden imaginarse sus vidas sin él en el circo.
