MIAMI — February 19, 2026 – The 38th annual Premio Lo Nuestro brought together the most influential voices in Latin music for a powerful night of live performances, emotional tributes, and career-defining wins. Hosted by Thalia, Nadia Ferreira, and Clarissa Molina, the ceremony celebrated the songs, artists, and cultural moments that shaped the year in Latin music. Broadcasted live on Univision, UNIMÁS and Galavisión in the United States and streaming on ViX across most countries in Latin America, PLN honored top artists across key genres and categories. Among the biggest winners of the year are:
Bad Bunny emerged as the night’s top winner, taking home six awards, including the coveted Premio Lo Nuestro Artist of the Year, Song of the Year (“DTMF”), Album of the Year (Debí Tirar Más Fotos), Urban – Male Artist of the Year, Pop/Urban – Song of the Year (“DTMF”), and Tropical – Collaboration of the Year (“Café Con Ron” with Los Pleneros De La Cresta).
Carín León followed with five major wins: “Crossover” Collaboration of the Year (“Lost in Translation” with Kacey Musgraves), Pop/Rock – Song of the Year (“Vivir Sin Aire” with Maná), Mexican Music – Male Artist of the Year, Mexican Music – Song of the Year (“El Amor de mi Herida”), and Mexican Music – Collaboration of the Year (“Si Tú Me Vieras” with Maluma).
Karol G secured three awards, earning Urban – Female Artist of the Year, Song of the Year (“Latina Foreva”) and Urban – Collaboration of the Year (“+57” with Feid, DFZM, Ovy on the Drums, J Balvin, Maluma, Ryan Castro, and Blessd).
Maluma also claimed three trophies: Urban – Collaboration of the Year (“+57” alongside Karol G, Feid, DFZM, Ovy On The Drums, J Balvin, Ryan Castro, and Blessd), Pop – Male Artist of the Year, and Mexican Music – Collaboration of the Year (“Si Tú Me Vieras” with Carín León).
Yuridia also received three awards, including Best Female Combination – (Brujería with Majo Aguilar), Mariachi/Ranchera Song of The Year (Sin Llorar), and Mexican Music – Album of The Year (Sin Llorar).

In addition to celebrating this year’s biggest stars, Premio Lo Nuestro 2026 presented its historic lineup of Special Awards honoring artists whose careers and cultural influence have shaped the evolution of Latin music. Arcángel was recognized with the Premio Lo Nuestro Urban Icon Award; Juanes received the Lifetime Achievement Award; Los Bukis were honored with the Musical Legacy Award; Manolo Díaz was recognized with the Visionary Award; and Paloma San Basilio received the Premio Lo Nuestro Award for Excellence.
Music took center stage throughout the night with television premieres, exclusive collaborations and genre-spanning performances that reflected the global evolution of Latin music. Among the evening’s standout performances:
Marc Anthony opened the awards with a show-stopping performance, delivering the global television premiere of “Como en el Idilio.” He shared the stage for the first time with Nathy Peluso in his first original salsa duet with a female vocalist in more than three decades.
Cristian Castro joined Matisse for the television debut of their collaboration “Conmigo Sin Ti,” marking the song’s first-ever live broadcast performance.
Kany García and Maluma captivated audiences with the highly anticipated performance of their hit “1+1.”
Carín León delivered the TV premiere of “Lado Frágil,” creating one of the most talked-about regional Mexican moments of the night.
Carlos Vives returned to the Premio Lo Nuestro stage for the television premiere of his eagerly awaited new single, “Te Dedico.”
Elena Rose and Rawayana joined forces for an electrifying back-to-back performance of “Luna de Miel” and “Naguará.”
Mau y Ricky and Kapo teamed up for the TV premiere of their collaboration “Te Quiero,” delivering a vibrant and heartfelt performance that lit up the stage.
Romeo Santos and Prince Royce reunited on stage for a thrilling medley of their latest hits, “Dardos” and “Lokita por Mí.”
Sebastián Yatra took the PLN stage for the television debuts of “Canción para Regresar,” joined by Gente de Zona and “Una Vaina Bien,” alongside Silvestre Dangond for a powerful cross-genre collaboration.
Thalia stunned audiences with a one-of-a-kind performance featuring the television premiere of “Dancing Queen,” alongside Gracie Bon, Paola Ruiz, Pollito Tropical, and Wendy Guevara.
The show closed on a high-energy note with Ryan Castro and Kapo delivering the television premiere of the global hit “La Villa.” Ryan Castro kept the momentum going with the TV premiere of the “Ba Ba Bad Remix” alongside Kybba, before joining forces with J Balvin for the electrifying world premiere of their new single, “Tonto,” bringing the night to an explosive finale.
The ceremony also featured a heartfelt tribute celebrating the legacy and influence of this year’s Special Award honorees:
Arcángel and Feid surprised fans with a high-energy performance of their new release “Mírame Baby.” J Balvin, Eladio Carrión, Jay Wheeler, Jhayco, Mora, and Sech united for a powerful musical tribute honoring Arcángel, performing a career-spanning medley of hits including “Por Amar a Ciegas,” “Pa’ Que La Pases Bien,” “Hace Mucho Tiempo,” and more.
Juanes delivered a career-spanning medley of his biggest hits, including “La Camisa Negra,” “Es Por Ti,” “Nada Valgo Sin Tu Amor,” and “A Dios Le Pido,” while also treating fans to performances of his latest singles, “Hagamos Que” and “Una Noche Contigo,” in a powerful showcase of his enduring legacy and continued evolution as an artist.
Café Quijano, Mau y Ricky, and Melody delivered a special homage to visionary producer Manolo Díaz, celebrating his enduring impact on Latin music.
As part of a moving tribute to Paloma San Basilio, Sofía Reyes performed the iconic “Beso a beso… dulcemente,” while Yami Safdie interpreted “Luna de Miel” and Elena Rose “Cariño Mío,” with Arthur Hanlon accompanying all three performances on piano. The tribute culminated in a special group rendition of “Juntos,” with Hanlon once again at the piano.
Additional performers throughout the night included Codiciado, Gloria Trevi, Ha-Ash, Kybba, Mar, Maria Becerra, María José, Santos Bravos, Tokischa, and Xavi. Prior to the main show, the expanded and refreshed Noche de Estrellas, hosted by Chiqui Delgado, Raúl De Molina, Jess Judith, Jomari Goyso, and Jorge Bernal, with Karina Banda presenting exclusive content, served as a vibrant prelude to the evening’s celebrations, featuring live musical performances live from the magenta carpet. During the pre-show, Lunay performed his latest single “Ojalá” and Sech delivered “Novio No,” setting an energetic tone ahead of the awards ceremony.
