The popular Univision personality and host of multiple reality shows is to star in her first telenovela on Univisión – the network where she got her first big break on the small screen
MIAMI — Dec. 5, 2022 — CORAZÓN GUERRERO, starring Alejandra Espinoza and Gonzalo García Vivanco, tells the story of brothers Jesús (Gonzalo García Vivanco), Damián (Rodrigo Guirao) and Samuel (Christian de la Campa), who after their father dies, are separated and given up for adoption to different families. Much later, Jesús manages to reunite with his brothers, and they swear on their father’s grave to punish Augusto Ruíz Montalvo (Diego Olivera), who destroyed their family.
CORAZÓN GUERRERO also features Eduardo Yañez, Sabine Moussier, Manuel Ojeda, Tanya Vázquez, Aleida Núñez, Sian Chiong and José Luis Duval, among others.
Ever since being crowed winner on Nuestra Belleza Latina (NBL) in 2007 at the age of 17, Alejandra Espinoza has had an important role on Univision’s programming. Although NBL launched her U.S. TV career after her season one win, it was on Univision’s variety show “Sábado Gigante,” the longest running in the history of TV, that she had her first chance to be a co-host alongside Don Francisco, a role she held for six years.
Since then, she has hosted several key Univision programs, including “La Banda” and regional music variety show “La Reina de la Canción.” She has also been an invited guest host on “El Gordo y la Flaca,” “Premios Lo Nuestro,” “Premios Juventud” and the Latin GRAMMY® awards show, among others. She also went back to where it all started for her as host of several seasons of “Nuestra Belleza Latina.”
In addition to being model, host and mom, she has also achieved her goal of being an actress with two films, “Perfecto Anfitrión” and “La Magia” and had yet another triumph at Univision as a cast member of the new version of “Rubí.”
Now we will get to see her and celebrate her as the star of her own telenovela on CORAZÓN GUERRERO, only on Univision, starting December 6 at 3 p.m. ET/PT (2 p.m. CT).

MIAMI — 5 de diciembre de 2022 — CORAZÓN GUERRERO, protagonizada por Alejandra Espinoza y Gonzalo García Vivanco, narra la historia de los hermanos Jesús (Gonzalo García Vivanco), Damián (Rodrigo Guirao) y Samuel (Christian de la Campa), quienes, al morir su padre, son separados y entregados en adopción a distintas familias. Tiempo después, Jesús logra volver a reunirse con sus hermanos y, frente a la tumba de su padre, juran castigar a Augusto Ruíz Montalvo (Diego Olivera) quien destruyó a su familia.
En CORAZÓN GUERRERO también participan Eduardo Yañez, Sabine Moussier, Manuel Ojeda, Tanya Vázquez, Aleida Núñez, Sian Chiong y José Luis Duval, entre otros.
Desde que se coronó como ganadora de Nuestra Belleza Latina (NBL) en el 2007 a sus 17 años, Alejandra Espinoza ha tenido una presencia importante en Univisión. Aunque NBL lanzó su carrera de televisión en Estados Unidos tras ganar en la primera temporada, fue “Sábado Gigante”, el programa de variedades de Univisión de más larga trayectoria en la historia de la televisión que le dio su primera oportunidad de ser copresentadora junto a Don Francisco, donde participó durante seis años.
Sin parar ahí, ha sido presentadora de varios programas claves para Univisión, como “La Banda” y el programa tipo reality de música regional “La reina de la canción”. Además, ha participado como copresentadora invitada en “El Gordo y la Flaca”, “Premios Lo Nuestro”, “Premios Juventud” y la entrega del Latín GRAMMY®, entre otros. Además, ha podido regresar a donde todo empezó para ella y ser la conductora de varias temporadas de “Nuestra belleza latina”.
Además de modelo, presentadora y mamá, también logró su meta de ser actriz con dos películas “Perfecto anfitrión” y “La magia” y una vez más en Univisión triunfó siendo parte del elenco de la más reciente versión de “Rubí”.
